Where a third-party component limits accessibility, we will look for a reasonable alternative or provide another way to complete the same task.

3. Specific measures on this website

The following have been implemented across the website:

Forms

• Every field has a programmatically associated label.
• Required fields are marked in text, not by colour alone.
• Validation errors are announced to assistive technology and identified in text.
• Multi-step forms indicate the current step and allow returning to a previous step.

Popups

• Popups can be closed with the Esc key or by clicking outside the panel.
• Focus moves into the popup when it opens and returns to the triggering button when it closes.
• Focus is kept within the popup while it is open, so keyboard users do not lose their place.
• Background scrolling is prevented while a popup is open.
• If JavaScript is unavailable, popups still open and close.

Motion

Where section transitions are used, they are subtle and are disabled automatically for visitors whose device or browser requests reduced motion.

Reading

Legal and long-form pages use a constrained reading width, a clear heading hierarchy and a table of contents so information can be located without scrolling through the entire document.

4. Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are working to address them:

• Some third-party embedded content, such as external scheduling tools, is outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard as the rest of the website.
• Older documents or images published before this statement may not yet have complete alternative text.
